I started this page to connect quality realty and mortgage bloggers with potential readers. While all of the linking between blogs certainly built some Google love, I think this site missed it's mark.
Instead of continuing on, I started over. Matrix has numerous definitions. Launched in August 2005, Matrix is an attempt to cull together items of interest or relevance in the real estate economy. Trying to be both light and heavy, hopefully each post will bring additional depth of understanding (and of course, occasional confusion) to each topic. However, there are no guarantees that reason prevails in a market where emotions run high and the amount of misinformation runs deep.
